Giggles RX Store Policies

At Giggles RX, we’re committed to providing our customers with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our store policies below to ensure clarity and confidence when shopping with us.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated during checkout.

  • Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at laura@gigglesrx.com.

2. Shipping

  • Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but typically range from 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specific amount.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at laura@gigglesrx.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in production.

5. Custom Orders

  • Design Approval: For custom items, we’ll send a proof for your approval before production. Please review proofs carefully, as changes cannot be made after approval.

  • Processing Time: Custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
